• Trend: Emissions fell by around 2.74 megatonnes CO₂e a year, or 3.57% yearly, over the ten years to 2024-slower than the 4% yearly global decline needed for Net Zero in 2050 and warming of around 1.7 °C.
• What drives it: CO₂ made up around 49% of emissions, methane 37%, nitrous oxide 13% and F-gases 1%.
